Covid 19 Travel Arrangements

The health and safety of our clients is of paramount importance to us, so, as such, we will be following Government guidelines in terms of social distancing and the wearing of protective clothing such as masks when operating our tours.

In this regard it may be necessary to rearrange the order and content of our tours at short notice in order to comply with social distancing and reduced capacity at certain venues.  All of our tours that we plan to operate will be assessed by our senior management to ensure that they are operated as safely as possible and where appropriate,  we may provide extra services such as whisper headsets,  an extra coach, a larger lecture room or a separate dining room.

Prior to each tour our tour managers will be given full guidance on any potential changes and they will be advised to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our clients, but also to ensure their own wellbeing.  To this end, they may not be able to assist with baggage handling or other assistance, so please bear this in mind when considering travelling.

Clearly, no-one can guarantee 100% safety from this or any other virus, but it is sensible and responsible for us to foresee issues and plan for them so that our clients feel as safe and possible and are exposed to a minimum level of risk.  It may be that scientific advances preclude the need for some or all of these measures, and we are obviously hopeful that this is the case.  For some people, any risk is too much and we respect that decision, too, but we would like to assure those that want to travel, that our tours will be as safe as possible within reasonable constraints. 

It is important to note, too, that the rules and advice is changing on a week by week, if not day by day, basis, so tour content may need to change and safety measures amended at short notice.  We will do our utmost to keep everyone informed and our website as up to date as possible.
