Brexit Information

We are now in a transition period lasting until 31 December 2020. This means absolutely nothing will change, there will be no visas, flights will operate as normal and your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) will continue to be valid. Rest assured, when you book your holiday with Travel Editions, you can do so with complete peace of mind.

Will I need a visa to travel after Brexit?

No nothing changes during the transition period.

Should I check my passport?

It’s always a good idea to just double check the dates on your passport. If you need to renew your passport, full details can be found at https://www.gov.uk/renew-adult-passport/renew.

Visit ABTA's website for further details.

Will flights still operate?

Airlines will continue to operate flights between the UK and EU as normal.

Will my monies be safe?

Travel Editions have been in business for 25 years and are fully bonded members of ABTA and ATOL so when you book with us you can do so with complete peace of mind. The price you pay won’t change after you have booked, there is no benefit in booking late but by booking early, you guarantee the best choice.

What if my flight is cancelled? Will I get my money back?

If, for whatever reason, your flights are cancelled before you travel, we will always try and arrange an alternative for you. If your flights are cancelled for reasons beyond anyone’s control including Brexit, sometimes referred to as force majeure, then you’ll get 100% of the money you have paid to us back.

Will my European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) be valid?

Yes, nothing changes during the transition period.
